
| Josh Lee was born and raised in Vinita, Oklahoma. He has a degree in Criminal Justice Police Practices as well as a degree in Business Information Technology – Software and Multimedia Design. Josh received his Juris Doctor, with Honors, from the University of Tulsa College of Law, where he was an Editor for the Tulsa Law Review. During law school Josh was a licensed legal intern for the Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office, where he was assigned to the Major Crimes Team.
In 2007, Clint Ward and Josh Lee established the firm Ward & Lee, P.L.C. which has become the go-to firm for criminal defense in Northeast Oklahoma.
At Ward & Lee, Josh focuses his practice on Criminal Defense. His true passion is defending the citizen accused of Driving Under the Influence. Josh has designed a website specifically for those citizens. Josh travels all over the US attending as well as teaching at DUI specifice training evenst. From being a 911 Dispatcher, to patrolling the streets as a Police Officer, to working on a Major Crimes Team in a large District Attorney’s Office, to now being a defense attorney, Josh brings knowledge and unique experience with him in the defense of others that few, if any, Oklahoma attorneys can.
In addition to his work for the Firm, Josh has donated his time in the community as board member for the Vinita Area Chamber of Commerce and as a youth football and baseball coach. Josh enjoys boating, golfing, cooking, and studying DUI law and science.
Josh is a member of the National College for DUI Defense and the Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
